Совершенно удивительный объект, один-в-один – робот из сказок советских писателей времен моего детства : ))) . Назначение его мне так выяснить и не удалось…
A totally amasing metal thing stuck right in the middle of artistically designed bushes. It is the very image of robots as described in the Soviet children’s books of my time. I must admit to having totally failed to discover its purpose… And yes, it’s a meter long antenna on top!!
